27 VPO by Equipo Olivares Arquitectos

27 VPO is a minimal building located in Tacoronte, Spain, designed by Equipo Olivares Arquitectos. The architects wanted volumes no longer than 25 meters, and as a result, arranged courtyards in a staggered function. The various blocks are connected by gangways inspired by traditional greenhouses: both gangways that unite the accesses to each block are lined with cellular polycarbonate sheets, ensuring transparency and permeability easily. 27 VPO is a minimal building located in Tacoronte, Spain, designed by Equipo Olivares Arquitectos. The architects wanted volumes no longer than 25 meters, and as a result, arranged courtyards in a staggered function. The various blocks are connected by gangways inspired by traditional greenhouses: both gangways that unite the accesses to each block are lined with cellular polycarbonate sheets, ensuring transparency and permeability easily.

The facades are pierce with concrete boxes, giving it shadows and trying to enrich low and long volume. Furthermore, frame views and internally configured as provided by the project furniture. Each common area is distinguished by its own color and design also, expects banks, mailboxes and carpentry.
