Around is a minimalist house located in Gunma, Japan, designed by Studio LOOP. The renovation was for a married couple and their three children. The exterior facade consists of dark metal panels that outline the windows, with the back of the building comprising of double sliding door glazings. There are windows within the interior programs as well to allow for natural lighting to enter the deeper spaces. Double and triple-height ceilings open up the various levels, creating transparency within the home.
