Fireworks Villa is a minimalist house located in Matsuyama, Japan, designed by TT Architects. Local fireworks, from which the name of the home was derived, are put on display every August to celebrate the start of summer festival. From the request of the clients, the architects created a two-story window and rooftop terrace in order to fully maximize the view of the fireworks. There is also a secluded garden area within the balcony that is adjacent to all of the main living spaces on the upper level.
