Hangar XS is a minimalist space located in Buchen, Germany, designed by Ecker Architekten. In the solar garden” is a foundation that takes care of the living and the elderly. The construction is an interpretation on the simple form of agricultural buildings in the neighborhood. With its uniform shell of gray-green titanium zinc construction, the facade is simple and monolithic in appearance. The storage volume is maximized by the triangular shape while the eaves height could still be kept low.
