Haus Frohsinn is a minimalist residence located in Unterägeri, Switzerland, designed by Lando Rossmaier Architekten. In the neighborhood, it was clear from the outset that the house would have a vertical construction, and that the shell would be used to define the expansion. Drywall and plaster surfaces were omitted while brushed wooden planks and exposed concrete characterize the expression inside. Colored floor to ceiling windows and rough veneered doors make the atmosphere unconventional.
