House with a Climbing Wall is a minimalist residence located in Fukuoka, Japan, designed by Tadao Arishima Architects Office. The building has a simple appearance with white and dark blue accents that set it apart from the neighboring homes. The facade is mostly closed in order to ensure privacy, while the interior courtyard allows for ample circulation of air and natural light to enter the space. Large wooden lattices, which provide access to the courtyard, serve as semi-transparent sliding doors.
