House SLM by Archequipe

House SLM is a minimalist house located in Solingen, Germany, designed by Archequipe. This detached house from the 70s was completely rebuilt and renovated from the inside out. The building owners approached the architects with the desire to expand the home. They requested a Bauhaus style with an open floor plan. On the property the distance between house and street is relatively large, and its main facade towards the street is southbound. Therefore, a veranda as a room half opened and upstream to the main inner living space was created on the ground floor. (20)
