KOTONA is a minimalist house located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by BE-FUN. The exposed monolith concrete structure features an interior that maximizes space as efficiently as possibly. Some efforts include managing lofts that are accessible by ladders in order to utilize the high ceilings. Staircases are placed on the wall edges while certain storage and furniture pieces are custom built.
