Kotona is a minimalist house located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Be-fun Design. The rental complex consists of an exposed concrete exterior that is left exposed on the interior walls. The staircase runs along the wall to save space, and even includes a lofted area above the upper level. A multitude of windows allow ample natural lighting to enter the inside space.
