MS is a minimalist house located in Mount Fuji, Japan, designed by Yamagata Hiroshi Architects. The two-story structure sits atop a sloping hill overlooking Mount Fuji with concrete embedded into the terrain to serve as the foundation of the home. The clients requested the building to maintain a low profile, thus portions of the home are partially cantilevered to expand on space.
