Northern Corridor is a minimalist residence located in Kagoshima, Japan, designed by Yuji Nakahara Architects. The facade is clad in corrugated iron while the gabled roof is constructed of galvanized metal paneling. The gabled roof provides additional living space for the residents, accessible via a wooden ladder. A barrier, constructed of the same corrugated iron, surrounds the home to maximize privacy while creating an intimate private courtyard space.
