Location: Seoul, Korea
Seongbuk Single Family Residence is a minimalist home located in Seoul, Korea, designed by bangbymin. The building sits atop a 409 sqm site, and is three-storeys tall. Bedrooms are laid out on both the ground floor and top floor. The second floor contains the living amenities such as the kitchen, dining room, and living rooms.
I’m not really sure how I feel about this building. On the one hand, you have a hodgepodge of popular architectural textures and elements, and on the other, the amalgamation of multi-colored rectangular volumes just somehow works. I’m definitely on the fence, but more importantly, it’s what you guys think. Leave some comments, I’m curious about this one.
