SK House is a minimalist residence located in Shiga, Japan, designed by Yosuke Ichii Architect. Originally, the site had vacant lots toward the South and North, but they are now occupied by buildings that block both wind and light. As a result, the architects created a home in which there would be limited line of sight from outside pedestrians, and natural lighting would be provided by slit glazings and a skylight overlooking the staircase.
