Soup Stock Tokyo is a minimal cafe space located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Yuko Nagayama & Associates. Since the building is situated on a corner lot, the architects wanted to create a fully transparent and welcoming space that would bring the city and its people together. As a result, the structure is fully exposed, and features floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. The roof terrace, which is accessible via glazed sliding doors, is no less transparent than the adjacent space within.
