What an interesting design for both the interior and exterior of this project. It’s not very often I’ll see a radius on the edges of concrete buildings – it gives the structure a much softer aesthetic. My favorite aspect of Villa Jian is how the roof shingles reflect light onto the stark white interior space. At first, I thought the building was a renovated barn, but it turns out the architects wanted this type of aesthetic from the start.
