Black Column is a minimal sculpture created by Belgium-based designer Bram Vanderbeke. The column has a clear inside and outside face, creating new spaces within the space. The piece can serve solely as a sculpture, or can be utilized as a partition. In addition, a series of surfaces are created that connect the panels together, allowing the surfaces to be used as shelving.
