With Yves Behar’s recent announcement of the GE wattstation floating everywhere right now, I thought I would do a little behind the scenes research of his other designs.
The C Collection, by HBF, is definitely an eye-catcher in terms of its clean lines and unique shape. Yves Behar designed the bend of the sofa to look really rigid, if that makes any sense. It seems as if a lot of pressure and effort went in forming the sofa into its final shape. The singular curve definitely draws attention to its comfort and expressive nature.
The modernism of C Collection is typical of its relaxed continuity. This is clearly one of those sofas you can just collapse into after a long day of hard work.
