Cangiante by I + N

Cangiante is a minimal design created by Switzerland-based design firm I + N. Respectively graduating the school of Art and Design Lausanne in 2010 and 2011, Ishmael and Nathan Studer based their workshop I + N in Neuchâtel in 2011. Their work is defined as much by the development of autonomous objects as it is by creating furniture that defines a space within an architecture. (1)

Cangiante is a minimal design created by Switzerland-based design firm I + NRespectively graduating the school of Art and Design Lausanne in 2010 and 2011, Ishmael and Nathan Studer based their workshop I + N in Neuchâtel in 2011. Their work is defined as much by the development of autonomous objects as it is by creating furniture that defines a space within an architecture. 

The Cangiante structure consists of a triptych with each element in the wing clamp produced in maple. The AIRX wing is fine and strengthened allowing in light without revealing the indiscretion. Polygonal shapes increasing the slenderness of the structure.
