Daybed is a minimalist design created by Norway-based designer Martin Høgh Olsen. The top rests upon two frames that angle inwards, both from the sides and from the ends. This way it breaks free from its surroundings, and becomes even more of a solitary place, for silence and nothingness. The mattress is two-sided, and can be flipped over to change the colour. It easily folds into a pile, and becomes a volume that is easy to stow away, or it can be applied as an armrest.
