Euclid is a minimalist design created by Halifax-based designer Geof Ramsay Design Studio. Inspired by the purity of geometric form, Euclid is a three part collection of furniture that fits together perfectly to create unique, flexible groupings. The forms of the hexagon, triangle and rhombus are repeated throughout the entirety of each piece, shaping the legs, profiles and joinery. The collection combines traditions of wood joinery with modern manufacturing technologies to achieve the intricate details that would otherwise be impossible, and juxtaposes those against strikingly minimalist profiles. The Euclid Collection is composed of the Hex Chair, Rhom coffee table and Tri side table. The pieces are crafted from solid ash and are available in a natural or black lacquered finish.
