Going Back to Memphis is a minimalist shelf designed by Montreal-based studio mpgmb. Fun, asymmetrical and radical, where Memphis bold and obtuse geometric shapes, patterns and unlikely juxtapositions meet the elegance of a toned-down color palette. Assemblies, overlapping and intersecting agglomerations that blend together while maintaining their linguistic independence, the “Going Back to Memphis” shelf is the result of a fragmented, yet organized story that opens up to multiple possibilities.
