Knockdown Chair is a minimalist design created by Copenhagen-based designer Mads Saetter-Lassen. The design is unique in that it can be disassembled to fit inside a small box. The assembling itself requires minimal instruction, and comes with 16 screws total. The materials consist of oak and steel.

In order to make the design as easy to assemble as possible, Lassen completed the chair with two metal pieces, two wooden pieces, four identical legs, and 16 identical screws. In addition, no part of the design is concealed, which not only makes the assembly straightforward, gives the chair a ‘constructed’ yet elegant apperance.
