Laclasica Chair is a minimalist chair designed by Spanish-based designer Jesús Gasca. The stackable wooden chair combines traditional principles of seating with modern ergonomics and aesthetics. The seat-back mimics the form and curves of the human body while conveying a fluid form toward the legs and seat pan. (8)

Laclasica Chair is a minimalist chair designed by Spanish-based designer Jesús Gasca. The stackable wooden chair combines traditional principles of seating with modern ergonomics and aesthetics. The seat-back mimics the form and curves of the human body while conveying a fluid form toward the legs and seat pan.

I love the curves and fluidity of this design. It just looks as though the chair would comfortably conform to your body’s natural delineation. Theres also an extruded aluminum piece that goes under the seat to provide it with more strength and stability. I see this as more of an aesthetic feature, and promotes the holistic character of the chair’s appearance.
