MK House is a minimal residence located in Antwerp, Belgium, designed by Nicolas Schuybroek Architects. The Belgian architect began his career in Montreal, Canada working for INTEGRAL Jean Beaudoin. For the last five years Nicolas has been working as project director for Vincent Van Duysen in Antwerp, handling various high-end architecture projects in Belgium and beyond. In August 2011, Nicolas Schuybroek started his own practice based in Brussels, Belgium. The space features herringbone flooring with neutral colored accents. The kitchen is particularly unique as it uses stone for the counter and cabinets, producing a striking aesthetic while utilizing its anti-bacterial properties.
