Oblique Stool is a minimalist stool created by ferm LIVING Copenhagen-based designer Omayra Maymó. Oblique is a small architectural piece that elevates our possessions. Influenced by Japanese woodworking, the parts fit into each other creating exceptionally strong joints, with the particularity that the legs meet in oblique angles with the backside, composing a minimal, distinctive piece. Intended as a magazine or book stand, Oblique also serves as a petite side table or as a stool. The natural version is crafted in solid oak while the stained yellow and stained black versions are made in solid ash.
