Yak Table is a minimalist design created by Poland-based designer Jan Godlewski. The table is a concept designed for residential interiors. The design was inspired by historical craftsmanship and manufacturing techniques formerly used on farms located within the current region. Limited technological capabilities forced the manufacturer to make effective use of the material and create a rigid structure through the use of simple construction joints. This approach resulted in a surprising technical solutions that is stable and effective. (1)
