CH-3350 is a minimalist house located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by International Royal Architecture. The ceiling height of the residence is approximately 1.5 times higher than the average home in Japan. The architects decided to raise the ceiling due to the limited plot size, and wanted a solution to maximize natural lighting. Privacy is maintained on the upper level, while the ground level is exposed to the outdoors.
