House in Montreuil is a minimalist home located in Montreal, Canada, designed by Cube Architects. The space is characterized by a muted palette with colorful accents that playfully shift throughout the changing light. A dichroic glass partition stands at the end of the staircase, creating the illusion of a portal created by a semi-transparent surface that is both transparent and reflective depending on angle and light. The ceilings are left exposed with an array of corrugated galvanized metal.
