House in Tsukishima is a minimal residence located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by ICADA. The space is characterized by outlines that frame specific elements such as windows, the television, or even a mirror. Each staircase has a unique material and tone that is separate from the rest. The ground floor to second level staircase consists of a stark concrete build, while the second and third floor staircase are produced in white steel and wood respectively. The residents have roof access, which provide sprawling views of downtown Tokyo.
