House MOU is a minimalist residence located in Cologne, Germany, designed by archequipe. The project is a reconstruction and modernization of an apartment building built in the 1950s. Portions of the exterior facade were updated as well, including larger windows and updated materials. The architects also rearranged the internal programs to create three smaller-sized apartments.
