Lokal Fishtown is a minimalist boutique hotel located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, designed by KJO Architecture. The property is a brand new six-unit building with apartment-style hotel suites. The suites are designed to make guests feel completely at home, and feature four studio apartment hotel units and two 1,000 sqft two bedroom, two bath units with a shared rear courtyard space. As the name suggests, Lokal’s key focus is to bring a local experience to guests while supporting the neighboring economy in the form of local makers, craftsman, and designers.

In addition to a beautiful space, the apartment is equipped with all of the comforts of home, including a full service kitchen with dishwasher, an iPad for easy access to ordering food around the neighborhood, and even Netflix preprogrammed on their TVs. While most guests want to spend as little time in their hotel room as possible, Lokal differentiates by creating a space that is truly livable, making guests feel like they are part of the city – a friend who is a local.
