Ni House Renovation is a minimalist house located in Kobe, Japan, designed by Yosuke Ichii Architect. The renovated tenement built in the 1930s is located in the Yamate of Kobe, located within the emerging city. Fledging children, two dogs and cats, and a loving couple live together in this apartment. The architects’ main objective was to brighten the space to make if welcoming and comfortable for guests. By providing a window facing the atrium to each private room, not only is the interior opened up for conversing, but light and wind can reach the inner spaces as well.
