Particle Horizon is a minimalist exhibition featuring works by France-based designer Mathieu Lehanneur set within Villa Noailles as part of Design Parade Hyères. The name references astrophysics and takes into consideration the scale of the universe, which served as a strong inspiration for artists during the Renaissance. In relation to observing the universe, the exhibition is described as a journey, landscape, and laboratory, which acts as a multitude of open doors to the human condition. The artist wanted to take advantage of the space’s swimming pool, squash court, and terrace.
