77 Reade is a minimalist apartment located in Tribeca, New York, designed by Leibal's very own Leo Lei. The apartment is the combination of an original 1852 warehouse and a brand new limstone structure. The developer was notorious for sourcing the best appliances, flooring, and supplies from all over the world. (7)

77 Reade is a minimalist apartment located in Tribeca, New York, designed by Leibal’s very own Leo Lei. The apartment is the combination of an original 1852 warehouse and a brand new limstone structure. The developer was notorious for sourcing the best appliances, flooring, and supplies from all over the world.

This was a staging project I recently completed alongside Corcoran for a Tribeca loft. The process was fairly painless, and the floor plan was easy to work with. The windows were large, so we did our best not to obstruct any natural lighting from entering. If you take a look at the living room space, the clock is from CB2, the rug is from FLOR, and the furniture is from Lazzoni. What do you guys think?
