New Build Family House is a minimalist home located in Notting Hill designed by Seth Stein Architects. The project was completed in 2010, and is a total of 4,286 square feet. The home is now selling for approximately $12.5 million. The home provides accommodations on four levels. The house is also known for its environmental sustainability. With the use of photovoltaic glazing and solar panels, the house is able to achieve a remarkably high environmental rating.

The lowest level has a plunged pool with a large amount of space to hold media entertainment and exercise equipment. In one of the pictures, you can see an entire wall just plastered with gold sheeting. I also like the image above where you can see the bamboo stalks in the miniature courtyard overlooking the beds. You know you’ve made it if you live in a home like this.
