Location: Hofit, Israel

House R/D is a minimalist home located in Hofit, Israel, designed by Paritzki & Liani Architects. The single-family loft is located on the seaside with a slight three-meter rise from one side of the building to the other. The elevations are matched with a zig-zagging facade that follows the perimeter of the site.

The start of the house begins in the lower portion of the floor plan with the garage. After passing the garage, the interior leads toward the living spaces which are on a slight rise and overlook the sea. A patio on the upper floor separates a studio from the bedrooms with views of the open sky.
