Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

House Ijburg is a minimal home located in Amsterdam, designed by Rocha Tombal Architects. The architects wanted to the exterior facade of the building to contrast from its neighbors. The windows are slightly skewed to create a light-route from the sun. The windows in the back of the building were also carefully chosen in relation to the amount of light they would receive into the space.
