House in Miyoshi is a minimalist home located in Hiroshima, Japan, designed by Suppose Design Office. The residence is located beside train tracks in a densely packed suburban neighorhood. The building is characterized by a number of folds on the exterior walls that produce an abstract polyhedron.

The contrast of this building’s modern aesthetic against the surrounding traditional houses is humorously obvious. I love how the interior is split up into mini-layers and levels. The dining area, which is the center of the home, also receives the most amount of natural lighting due to the numerous windows scattered around the walls.
