Inachus Floating Home is a minimalist house located in London, England, designed by Sanitov Studio. The concept is launching at the London Design Festival as part of their future cities project. Inachus Floating Home is a minimalist house located in London, England, designed by Sanitov Studio. The concept is launching at the London Design Festival as part of their future cities project. The model is envisioned on a mass-adopted scale in which entire communities will exist solely on water.

The interior has influence from Scandinavian design, executed by master British ship-builders. As such, the interiors are outfitted with appliances that can be interacted directly with a smartphone. With an energy 5 level status, the homes emit zero carbon, and have insulated, airtight walls.
