Loft in Stuttgart is a minimalist residence located in Stuttgart, Germany, and designed by  12:43 Architeckten. The home is an amalgamation of three separate apartments on the same floor within a former office building. The concept was to provide bright, open spaces and a clear division of three spaces: a children’s area, a living area, and the parent’s bedroom area.

The entire layout is spacious – and whenever needed, sliding partitions block off certain rooms from the otherwise visually connected interior. Although the living area is rather capacious, there is still a clear segregation of which rooms serve what purpose. In addition, everything is very well lit, and there is a positive and clean energy being emitted from the interior atmosphere.
