I’d have to say, for a Japanese residence, this is considerably less minimal than what I’m used to. Regardless, I love the design sense of Case-Real. If you can’t remember, they recently came out with the Elikit Tube Amplifier that captured everyone’s attention. The 1280 sq ft M Residence is actually a lot smaller than it looks. The architects really spent time defining what was most essential to maximize the living area.
