The complexity and range of architecture allows for unlimited freedom in creativity and form. However, the synthesis of materials, colors, shapes, and lights must all transition harmoniously into an intricate composition.
The MM Apartment, designed by Nakae Architects, does not seek attention, but instead, blends the various elements of its structure based on stability and cohesion. The concrete walls provide a modern aesthetic, while the slits on the ceiling adjacent to the walls allow for soft traces of natural light to enter into the abode.
