Sotogrande is a minimalist home designed by Spain-based designer N+A Arquitectos. The home is surrounded by plenty of greenery and even a golf course. The Sotogrande had a traditional tiled sloping roof, which was later converted into a rectangular volume. The concept was to use simplified materials and details to make an extension to the home. House RT – Sotogrande is a minimalist home designed by Spain-based designer N+A Arquitectos. The home is surrounded by plenty of greenery and even a golf course. Now this is a home stripped down to its bare essentials. First of all, I’m a huge fan of the all-white exterior. However, I think larger windows could have been used to promote the surroundings and natural lighting of the area. I find the use of limestone rocks on the walkway and rooftop terrace flooring to be aesthetically pleasing. Nothing matches this building’s spectacular view off the upper level terraces.
