Superior at Venice Apartments is my ideal space for a home. Designed by Kanner Architects, the three-story building features 38 lofts designed with high-ceilings, linear kitchens, and extended living rooms. I find it a lot more comforting and convenient to live in modern, smaller apartments such as this.
At 36,000 sf, the building is constructed of corrugated metal, smooth plaster, and dark Trespa. The exterior facade is vibrant with a strikingly modern and clean aesthetic. The interior is restrained in comparison, but preserves its modernist appeal.
