Torus by N MAEDA ATELIER

Torus is a minimalist space located in Saitama, Japan, designed by N MAEDA ATELIER. The basic composition of Torus is a bilayer structure consisting of a white, half-amorphous volume floating on a lower layer of perforated aluminium panels. The transparency of this lower layer is a natural solution for the functional requirement to expose the lower level commercial areas including a salon and shops. (3)
