Sticks n Sushi is a minimalist interior located in London, United Kingdom, designed by Norm Architects. The restaurant seats over 220 guests over a span of three floors, making it the largest restaurant project for the Danish architects to date. The architects wanted to reference the local area while maintaining a strict Japanese aesthetic through the use of natural materials and crafted details. Each floor has a unique atmosphere, with the lower level finished in dark colors and materials to create an intimate and cosy space.
