The Four Seasons is a minimalist house located in Vilnius, Lithuania, designed by YCL. Elegant and refined arches – a repeating element throughout the apartment. These elements fulfill the minimalist, loft-like interior with playfulness and unexpectedness, give softness and depth to the surfaces, and at the same time enhance the impression of modernity. The sculptural detail that emerges in every space awakens curiosity, invites you to come closer, walk through and look further. The main spaces are framed by parquet and concrete ceilings, that reflect each other in a monochrome interior. The living room and bedroom are oriented to the window showcase, where the main connection between the rooms is formed. This passage covered in white terrazzo tiles opens up a window gallery that connects spaces with a constantly changing, natural image of nature. The maples that grow outside the window color the interior in all seasons.
