Vitsœ Headquarters has a new minimalist space located in Leamington, United Kingdom, designed by their in-house team and Martin Francis. The new facility features abundant natural ventilation and light due to the a series of lightwells and skylights. Similar to the company’s 606 Shelving System, the building is constructed in kit-like parts, and is adaptable over time. High ceilings allow for the heat to escape during warm summer months, and create a more spacious environment for the employees. The building is the first to be constructed of a newly developed material called LVL, or beech laminate-veneer lumber.
