BLOOM is a minimalist residence located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Hiroyuki Ito Architects. The housing complex is constructed mainly of concrete, comprised of staggered volumes that extend out to create balcony space. The interior leaves a portion of the concrete exposed, mixed with warm wooden elements. The various programs within the space are separated by subtle changes in floor height.
