Kyusu & Yunomi is a minimalist tea set designed by Tokyo-based designer 83Design. Made of ceramic, this set comes in white, green, or brown. The company used a local potter, Sansuke, which has a history of over 150 years. The color and texture of the ceramic is a technique found only locally.

By no means am I an expert in pottery or ceramics, but I am addicted with this tea set design. The textures are incredibly unique, and produce an aged appearance mixed with a modern and minimalist aesthetic. The pieces look as though incredible detail went into their fabrication.
